Ровно год назад я прекратила прием антидепрессантов, которые принимала достаточно долго.

Мне не передать, насколько сложным был 2023 год. За то время уничтожилось все, что было построено с 2021. И сама я.

Скажу только одно. Я справилась. И та девчонка, которая писала здесь о начале работы со специалистом, тоже 🩵
