Изменения позволят исключить ошибки при регистрации иностранных граждан в госсистемах, выявлять и не допускать в страну тех, кто ранее нарушил наши законы.

📌 Роскомнадзор будет вести перечень блогов и каналов с аудиторией более 10 тысяч подписчиков.
Это повысит безопасность в цифровой среде. Владельцы страниц в социальных сетях наряду со СМИ должны нести ответственность за достоверность информации, которую они распространяют.

📌Полномочия иноагентов в органах власти прекратят досрочно.
Представлять жителей в органах публичной власти не могут те, кто работает не в интересах своей страны.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
