К операции будут привлекаться около десяти кораблей и авиация ВС стран НАТО.
Решение о начале операции принято после обрыва подводного кабеля Estlink 2, к которому, по мнению НАТО, причастна Российская Федерация.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
