Девочки, я сегодня опять успела сделать #заготовки 😇
Почти сразу как мы ввели в прикорм мясо я начала задумываться о заготовках, потому что если лепить котлеты день в день уходит много времени, а будучи мамой малыша лучше потратить все свободное время на отдых (потому что неизвестно какая будет ночь) 💯
Мне очень нравится формат порционных заготовок – для них я использую мини-пластиковые контейнеры (соусники). Они многоразовые, легко моются в ПМ и не стоят больших денег.😻
Для заготовок я обычно использую блендер (измельчитель) или терку.
В этот раз готовила два набора:
1. Курица + кабачок +лук
2. Печень говяжья + морковь + лук
Утром я вытащила все размораживаться и на 19 заготовок у меня ушло примерно 25 минут.
На днях еще планирую пробить орехи 🤫

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
