Строительство на условиях концессии предполагает частично государственное финансирование - средства капитального гранта ВЭБ.РФ в размере 35% (30,1% федеральный бюджет и 4,9% областной бюджет) и средства инвестора в размере 65% (13% собственные и 52% - заемные средства).
Перечень школ будет определен после консультаций с застройщиками, реализующими в регионе крупные проекты по строительству жилья.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
