17 октября суд оштрафовал Кирилла Заманова на 150 тыс. рублей по ч. 1 ст. 318 УК РФ за применение насилия, не опасного для жизни или здоровья, в отношении представителей власти.
Уголовное дело на Кирилла было возбуждено по заявлению полицейских, посчитавших себя потерпевшими, при его задержании в день голосования на выборах Президента РФ. В этот день он собирался проводить независимый опрос у одного из избирательных участков Челябинска.
Кирилл вину не признал и намерен подавать апелляционную жалобу.
Кирилл Заманов - инженер-радиотехник, музыкант, кандидат в члены партии "Яблоко". Выдвигался на прошедших выборах депутатов Челябинской городской Думы и, вместе с другими кандидатами от Челябинского Яблока, предлагал мир и свободу.
