Сегодня опубликован и вступил в силу Указ Президента РФ от 17 января 2023 года №16 «О временном порядке принятия решений органами некоторых российских хозяйственных обществ».
Он предоставляет российским хозяйственным обществам из сфер энергетики, машиностроения и торговли право принимать решения без учета голосов лиц из недружественных иностранных государств и лиц, которые были выдвинуты ими в органы управления.
Порядок принятия решений, установленный Указом, является временным и действует до 31 декабря 2023 года.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
