Для этого нужно было остановить конфликты среди элиты и наладить общение с избирателями. Были организованы встречи в селах и дворах, устранен конфликт между главой района и главой районного центра, а также созданы телеграм-группы. Авторы кампании решили вопрос с размещением нескольких кандидатов на одной агитационной листовке и создали условия, чтобы избиратели голосовали не за партию, а за идею. Итогом кампании стала победа всех кандидатов.

These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
