Но суть не в этом. В свинину меня унесла одна деталь.
После того, как арбитражный центр запросил позицию изначальных администраторов yandex.tv, те — видимо, слабо понимая, кто им написал — предложили арбитражу (!) выкупить домен! и пригрозили судом в США!

False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
