Наверное каждый патриотический гражданин любой страны мечтает о правителе, который очистит улей от трутней, разгонит всех паразитов, дармоедов, бюджетных пилителей и присосок. И насколько это возможно сократит бюрократию и отвадит ее ненасытные щупальца от бесполезных расходов - субсидий, грантов, пропаганды, подрядов, торговых соглашений и схем, которые кормят целую армию ленивых говноедов в государственных и квазигосударственных структурах.
Об этом мечтает бразилец. Об этом мечтает нигериец. Об этом мечтает казах. Как же повезло американцам что у них такой правитель нашелся.
