Итоги 2024 - Columbus.

За год из интересных открытий:
Летуаль после реновации;
Panacea;
Магазин А4;
Anta (первый флагман в новом формате);
Redecoro;
Befree и Sela в новом формате;
Русские самоцветы;
Золотое яблоко (которое, уверена, приведет новых людей).

Открытий, как видим, не мало, даже при том, что я не могу отследить все замены, включая небольшие.

Из больших строек сейчас - развлекательный центр на третьем этаже.

Трафик сохранятся высокий (на самом деле, ехать в зоне охвата как будто больше и некуда, сюда ездит даже часть тех, кто должен бы, по логике, посещать Ривьеру).
Хочется увидеть обновления общих зон и фудкорта, всё-таки объект уже достаточно "взрослый" - думаю, 2025 как раз покажет, есть ли такие изменения в планах у собственника.
