Вакцинация проводится на добровольной основе по заявлению законных представителей (родителей и/или опекунов). Если подростку больше 15 лет, достаточно его заявления. Специальная подготовка к проведению вакцинации не требуется. Второй компонент вакцины вводится через 21 день.
